The first step is to review this FAQ and call a representative at Legacy Reverse Mortgage to get all your questions answered.

The second step is to download and print the Agreement Between Advisor and Lender form. Sign this form and fax it to 214-453-8559. Be sure to also fax a copy of your Texas Mortgage Brokers License.

A Legacy representative will review and fax back an executed copy. Once you are setup we will give you a call to schedule a training session on reverse mortgages. When that is completed, you will be ready to begin offering the HECM reverse mortgage to your customers.
