How much can I get paid?

Each loan originated under this program will be eligible for the Advisor to be paid a portion of the origination fee charged by the lender. The fee paid to the Advisor is 25% of the origination fee. This fee will be paid upon the funding of the loan. The Advisor may not collect any other funds directly from the borrower.

Example: If Origination fee is $2,000, Advisor would be paid $500. If Origination fee is $4,000 Advisor would be paid $1000.
