What kind of training do I receive?

An initial training session will be scheduled to go over the basics of reverse mortgages and the HECM. This will generally last 45 minutes to an hour and will be done on the phone. Representatives will be available for follow-up questions and questions that come up when you have your first customer. The advisors role is to answer the customers initial questions and help them determine if a reverse mortgage makes sense. We are here to help you with this process. Your role is to not to have to become the expert in reverse mortgages, but be knowledgeable of the program to see if a reverse mortgage is a viable option for the customer.
